Stettler glacé slabs are much appreciated by the Japanese, especially Princess Masako of Japan, who offers them to her husband.

 

Our slabs are made with the best selections of well-mixed chocolates or cocoa.

 

The batter is then poured into slabs, cut into small cubes and coated with fine chocolate powder.

 

There are two choices of bitter slabs to discover: traditional pavés of Geneva and black slabs coated with delicious dark chocolate.
